Cancellation Period / Timeframe

Customers can request an order cancellation when the following terms are met:

  • After Purchase and Before Shipment – please contact us before your shipment has been shipped (during processing period only) 
  • After Purchase and After Delivery – you can request a refund if you have received a defective item and item is unopened or used 30 days after receiving the order.
